About Loto Home Maintenance

As a young kid Dalton started his construction career building tree houses in the woods. 

Soon when he was 12 years old he spent the summer helping a neighbor build their house.

In high school he went on a 2 week trip with Habitat for Humanity to help build 2 houses.

At the age of 16 he started working as a roofer not enjoying that profession he moved into 

Foundation work. He quickly learned he did not like that work as well and went to work for 

A construction company out of Eureka Mo, working there for 2 solid years and then off and on 

For another 2 years as he started his own construction company at the age of 18 and for the 

20 years or so he did everything from from the ground up in the industry working as a sub-

Contractor and on his own with customers. There where points thorough 08’ threw 12’ 

That things got hard and he had to branch out doing other things to stay busy such as pools

Landscape and excavation. Some time around 2014 he decided to close his business.

He went to work for another company as a Project manager/estimator for about 6 years 

Before moving to Lake of The Ozarks in the summer of 21’. Seeing a great opportunity he 

Decided to reopen his construction company again as more of a maintenance and material

Sales company selling decking, fencing, handrails, granite quarts and solid surface counter tops 

Cabinets and cultured marble. With the experience and capabilities to install as well.
